Eskeez Thermal Base Layers
Back in the days when I was a Bouncer, during the harsh northern winter months we’d all wear some sort of thermal base-layer. We had to, stood outside ‘bouncing’ up and down wasn’t good for our street cred’. Our choices back then were limited, unlike now of course, now I’d be wearing a brilliant Eskeez Thermal base layer.
Having used both their zip neck top and long johns almost everyday for the past 3 or 4 years during winter, I can’t help but agree with their marketing blurb. Not only are they toasty warm and wick unwanted sweat away quickly and efficiently, but they’re also incredibly stretchy too, it doesn’t matter whether you’re digging yourself out of a ditch or fastening your shoelaces, they never feel restrictive.
Although I appreciated that both the sleeves and the legs are tapered to avoid rising during wear, what I really like about the tops is their length. The tops are so long that not only are they long enough to cover your kidneys and bladder, they also reach down to cover your bum, as you can see by the dodgy photos below!
Eskeez products are tested and developed to cope with life on the sports field, to be ultra comfortable, easy care and lightweight. Whilst the brush fleece on the inside is incredibly comfortable, the exterior surface is smooth which helps with outer layers as they don’t ‘pull’.
I’m such a fan of Eskeez that I’ve actually spent my hard earned money on a few extra tops, and it isn’t often I do that!
