New Jeep Renegade 2024: Now available to order in the UK
Renowned for its distinctive and cool factor, the Jeep Renegade is celebrating its 10-year anniversary and is now available to order in the UK with an on-the-road price starting at £30,500.

A technological improvement
The introduction of the new state-of-the-art infotainment system enhances the driving experience in several ways. First and foremost, it's significantly faster, boasting a processing power that is five times quicker in terms of Million Instructions Per Second (MIPs). This translates to instant touch feedback, faster route calculations and remarkably swift voice responses, ensuring drivers stay connected and informed without any frustrating delays.
The infotainment system also offers a bigger and more immersive experience with larger full HD displays. With an impressive 40% increase in display area, it caters to customers’ visual needs, thanks to the generous 10.1” radio screen and the even larger 10.25” instrument cluster. Moreover, the higher resolution full HD screen, boasting 1024 x 768 or 1920 x 1200 pixels depending on preferences, provides crystal-clear visuals that are both sharp and vivid.
What truly sets the infotainment system apart is its exceptional connectivity. Being 100% fully connected, it ensures drivers are always in touch with the digital world around them. With 4G capability customers have access to a wealth of online resources. The system also supports over-the-air updates to ensure that the vehicle remains up to date with the latest features and improvements. This new infotainment system is not just a technological advancement, it's a step ahead in the way drivers interact with their vehicle, offering speed, size and connectivity that elevate the driving experience to a whole new level.
In addition, the range offers a new Digital Rearview Camera, USB A+C Type connectivity and Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Safety features include Forward Collision Warning and Connected Services.

Thanks to this new infotainment system, using Connected Services becomes simple and fluid. Once the Jeep app is connected to the vehicle, the interactions between the information in the application and the infotainment system communicate and synchronise naturally.
The smartphone app allows owners to lock and unlock the doors and turn the lights on, without needing to reach for their keys and updating the TomTom navigation map is now carried out ‘over the air’. These technological advances offer additional comfort and help owners save time.
In an increasingly connected world, Jeep is at the forefront by offering the Amazon Alexa voice assistant included in the new Renegade 2024. Powertrains choice
The new Jeep Renegade 2024 offers a choice of two hybrid powertrains: the e-Hybrid and the 4xe plug-in hybrid. The e-Hybrid powertrain seamlessly manages the propulsion system by automatically switching between full electric, hybrid, and internal combustion engines based on factors such as the 48V battery state of charge, real-time driving conditions and other monitored parameters. The Jeep e-Hybrid excels in delivering full electric propulsion during launch, at low speeds, while cruising, and during parking manoeuvres. This innovative solution is designed to automatically replenish the 48V battery by recovering energy during braking or deceleration, eliminating the need for external recharging while still offering electric vehicle propulsion capability.
The 4xe plug-in hybrid utilises both electric and endothermic engines. The electric propulsion system generates increased torque, allowing for precise adjustments and enhancing four-wheel-drive capability on various terrains, making it suitable for challenging off-road adventures.
The new Renegade will introduce an optimised new calibration of the engine and battery, both on e-Hybrid and 4xe PHEV that, combined with the introduction of the new A+ class 18”’ tyres, will improve fuel consumption and CO2 emissions up to 5% (pre-homologation figures).
